Thank you for the excellent website - the new statue in Ulverston looks great too!
The boys' work truly lives on down the generations. My 9 year old daughter laughs hysterically at their films. Laughing Gravy is her favourite - you can't beat a collapsing bed for sheer entertainment as far as she is concerned, and those bricks dropping on Babe's head get me every time! Best wishes to everyone.

So called modern comic acts come and go and yet Laurel and Hardy are still soo funny to watch - their films never seem to age. Favourite film has to be Sons of the Desert!

Hi Fans...Just found your site and wondered if anyone can help me? I have a large Musical Money Box which plays music once you insert a coin. It deff is from one of their films they made. Both of them are dressed up as Miners with Dungarees/Overalls and miners helmets spades etc and Stan is sat on a Large Chest ancd there is sand/soil around them. It is a large ornament I think made out of paper mache? but very colourful and the music is sweet. No idea what it is though? Could anyone out there throw any light on this for me and does anyone else have anything like this as I have never seen one ever. Many Thanks

Having been an L&H fan all my life I cannot believe I have just visited the Music Box steps in LA. One of my greatest achievements in my life is to have made my grandchildren fans as well.It goes on !

Hello Laurel and Hardy Fans!
Greetings from the Rendville Art Works Folk Art Collective. I am writing on behalf of one of our artists Roy Crabtree. He has spent the last few months carving a sculpture of Laurel and Hardy out of 2 logs. We used the Laurel and Hardy Films website to research images for the sculpture. This life sized sculpture will be unveiled at our Spring Open House event on May 2nd 2009 and Roy hopes to sell it there. You can find out more about the Rendville Art Works and Roy Crabtree at our website: www.rendvilleartworks.org
Thanks for your help and inspiration!
